By downloading, installing, or using the Ephora AI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is operated by Codereltech LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

Ephora is an AI-powered photo editing application that provides features including but not limited to background removal, CV photo generation, text removal, product branding tools, background replacement, and photo filters/editing.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and content you upload to Ephora. We do not claim ownership over your content.

4.2 License Grant

By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the editing services you request. This license ends when your content is deleted from our servers.

4.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, offensive, or illegal material
• Contains malware or other harmful code
• Exploits or harms minors in any way

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free and Premium Features

Ephora offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a subscription or one-time purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5.2 Billing

All payments are processed through the respective app store. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund policies are governed by the applicable app store's terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, AI models, and underlying technology, is owned by Codereltech LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Use the App to generate fraudulent or misleading content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated results may not always be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codereltech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Codereltech LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
